Refund Policy
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 90 days after the product is received. The customer will be required to pay for the shipping and handling to return the product(s). Upon product arrival at our location the funds will be processed, the product must arrive undamaged in order for us to issue a refund of any kind. We do not allow returns on custom or discounted products.
*Orders must be canceled on the same day they are placed, as production begins the following day.*
Damages:
Our products are 100% insured and if there are any damages just let us know within 15 days of receiving the product and we will send a new art piece out within 1-5 business days of receiving the claim.
Exchanges:
We are currently not accepting exchanges, if you have a unique problem please contact us so we can assist you further and find a solution.
